Our apiaries are nestled on hidden terraces and quiet balconies, thriving exactly where you'd least expect them. We believe in sustainable, city-based beekeeping that supports local neighborhood ecology.

By foraging on a diverse array of urban blooms—from balcony gardens to public parks—our bees produce incredibly complex, distinct floral honey profiles that change beautifully with every season.

The Queens &
The Foragers

A thriving colony is a masterpiece of collaboration. Our urban foragers travel up to three miles a day, visiting thousands of city blooms to craft the golden nectar we harvest.

Each hive has its own unique personality, guided by the queen and shaped by the micro-environment of its specific terrace or roof. We monitor their health closely, ensuring they always have enough honey left over for themselves during the winter months.

More Than Just Sweetness

Neighborhood Terroir

Our honey is never blended from multiple distant sources. Each jar reflects the specific floral diversity of our local streets and parks.

Raw & Unfiltered

We use minimal processing, meaning the natural pollen, enzymes, and robust flavors stay exactly where they belong—in your jar.

Community Ecology

Supporting our apiary means supporting the pollinators that keep the city's green spaces, fruit trees, and private gardens flourishing.

Is urban honey safe from city pollution?

Absolutely. Research shows that urban honey is exceptionally pure. Bees filter out impurities, and urban areas often lack the heavy agricultural pesticides found in rural zones, resulting in incredibly clean, safe honey.

Where do your bees forage?

Our colonies forage across local parks, botanical avenues, private balcony gardens, and tree-lined streets. This diverse mix of flora is what gives our honey its signature complex flavor.

How does the Adopt a Hive program work?

When you adopt, you sponsor a specific rooftop colony. In return, you receive an official certificate, seasonal updates on your colony's health, and an exclusive batch of honey produced directly by your bees.
